The FFC and Fire 63 were dispatched for a possible Dwelling fire in a high occupancy setting. Crews on scene arrived to find a middle row town home with nothing showing. There was an odor and slight smoke condition in the residence. Upon investigation, crews found a burnt electrical wire to a lamp. Crews ensured no further issues and verified the breakers had functioned properly.
